About
We built the tool we wished existed.
RoundRaise exists because fundraising infrastructure for early-stage UK founders was still stuck in spreadsheets, PDFs, and disconnected platforms — so we built the thing that should have existed already.
Why RoundRaise exists
RoundRaise exists because fundraising shouldn't be a full-time job.
I founded the company to help early-stage founders spend less time wrestling with spreadsheets, PDFs, and disconnected tools, and more time building their businesses. The platform combines financial modelling with a live, conversational cap table, so founders can understand exactly where they stand and what a new round would do to their ownership, without needing a lawyer on retainer for every question.
What we built, and why it's built this way
Most cap table tools are databases with a nice interface — they tell you what you have. We built RoundRaise to tell you what it means.
Ask it a question about your next round in plain English, and it recalculates your actual ownership position, live. SEIS and EIS aren't an add-on either — they're built in from the start, because that's the reality of raising as a UK company. Everything else — data rooms, round modelling, exit planning — sits on the same live layer, not as separate tools bolted together.

Milan Bilimoria
Founder, RoundRaise
Alongside building RoundRaise, I studied Accounting, Business Finance & Management at the University of York and worked in investment banking compliance. That experience influences how every feature is designed: practical, data-driven and useful for founders.
Where this is going
Cap tables and data rooms are the starting point, not the destination.
The goal is a single layer that understands a company's entire fundraising life, from the first SAFE to the eventual exit — precise enough that founders stop guessing and start knowing. We're building that in the open, one real problem at a time.
Think of it as Cursor for fundraising.
Know your numbers before you raise
Model your next round in minutes, not days.
