RoundRaise does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice or professional advisory services.

To use RoundRaise, you must:

• have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• provide accurate information;
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using RoundRaise on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Certain features require you to create an account.

• maintain the security of your account credentials;

• notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to RoundRaise.

By uploading content, you grant RoundRaise a limited licence to use, process and analyse that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

This includes:

• analysing documents;
• generating insights;
• creating investor matches;
• improving platform functionality.

You confirm that:

• you own the content you upload, or
• you have permission to upload and process it.

You remain responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate third-party rights.

RoundRaise understands that founders may provide commercially sensitive information.

We take reasonable measures to protect confidential information submitted through the platform.

However, you acknowledge that:

• no online service can guarantee absolute security;
• you should only upload information necessary for using the Services;
• you remain responsible for maintaining appropriate confidentiality protections before disclosure.

RoundRaise uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide certain features, including:

• pitch deck analysis;
• startup scoring;
• investor matching;
• recommendations;
• fundraising insights.

AI-generated outputs are intended to assist users and should not be considered:

• investment advice;
• financial advice;
• legal advice;
• tax advice;
• a guarantee of fundraising success.

AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable results.

You are responsible for independently evaluating any information or recommendations generated by RoundRaise before making decisions.

RoundRaise provides technology designed to identify potentially relevant investors based on available information and user-provided data.

However:

• RoundRaise does not guarantee investor interest;
• RoundRaise does not guarantee meetings, introductions or investment;
• investor decisions remain entirely independent;
• fundraising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

A successful match or recommendation does not represent an endorsement, investment commitment or relationship between the user and investor.

Nothing provided through RoundRaise constitutes:

• investment advice;
• a recommendation to invest;
• financial advice;
• legal advice;
• accounting advice.

Users should seek appropriate professional advice before making financial or investment decisions.

Certain RoundRaise features may require payment.

Pricing, fees and payment terms will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• fees must be paid in advance;
• payments are non-transferable;
• users are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Where applicable, payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

RoundRaise does not store complete payment card details.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service purchased.

Because some RoundRaise services involve immediate delivery of digital services, including analysis and matching outputs, refunds may not be available once the service has been substantially provided.

All intellectual property rights relating to RoundRaise, including:

belong to RoundRaise Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

Your uploaded content remains your property.

RoundRaise may integrate with third-party services including:

You agree to indemnify RoundRaise against claims, losses or damages arising from:
